William is the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of SED Initta. With more than 35 years of expertise in the commercial equipment industry, he led the proprietary production of China’s first POS machine, and thus created a new industry for business equipment development in China. William is responsible for formulating and implementing SED Initta’s overall vision and strategic development for retail, restaurants, healthcare, hospitality, and digital finance. As the industry pioneer, he is focused on delivering trailblazing solutions to SED Initta customers through digital transformation and product innovation.

Prior to SED Initta, William served as the Secretary of the Board and Deputy General Manager at Shenzhen SED Industry Co., (Stock: SZ 000032), during which period he founded SED Initta. Before that, William served as the Head of Operations at the Ministry of Electronic Industry of China’s representative office in Shenzhen.

William was awarded as the Outstanding Contributor for China’s POS industry at the 40th Anniversary of the Chinese Economic Reform in 2018. He is recognized as the first-generation POS expert following the Chinese Economic Reform. Besides his current duties, William is a Director of the Board of the China Chain Store & Franchise Association (CCFA) and serves on the CCFA Facilities and Equipment Expert Committee. He also sits on the Digital Circulation Expert Committee of the Federation of Consumer Products Trade Centre of All China Cities, and serves as the Deputy Chairman of the Guangdong Chain Operations Association. In addition, William is a Vice President of the China Commercial Brands Alliance, and a Board Director of the Guangdong Province Intelligent IoT Operating System Industry Association.

William receives an EMBA from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business and an engineering management degree from Hangzhou Institute of Electrical Engineering.

Isabella serves as the Vice President of SED Initta. She brings more than 30 years of senior management expertise from major corporations in the areas of human capital management, business development and informatization service.Prior to SED Initta, Isabella worked at China Telecom from 2008 to 2019.During her tenure, she held various positions, from the Deputy General Manager, Director of Human Resources, and Head of Operations.Before that, she served as the Deputy General Manager at China Unicom, where she spent her career from 1995 to 2008.Prior to that, Isabella worked at Shenzhen SED Industry Co., (Stock: SZ 000032)

Isabella accumulated 3 decades of experience in human resources, marketing operations, and stakeholder and customer relationship management. She has spent her career in positions specializing in corporate governance, team building, employee motivation, and organizational structure optimization.Isabella has led successful business development on major government and enterprise clients, including but not limited to Tencent, Alibaba, China Merchants Bank, Ping-an Insurance, ICBC, China Merchants Group, China Resources, Mindray, Sam’s Club, Lawson, Watsons, Burger King, and Walmart.

In 2011, Isabella represented China Telecom Shenzhen as a Torchbearer for the 26th Universiade in Shenzhen.She was also the Chief Person in charge of the bill for the Smart Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone 2013 – 2020 Planning Outline.

Isabella attended her EMBA at the Australian National University and the AMT senior executive program at Arizona State University.She received her Bachelor in Business Administration from Sun Yat-sen University.

Certified Senior Operations Manager by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, James brings over 25 years of extensive experience in supply chain management within the electronics industry. He has particular expertise in POS terminal manufacturing and quality control management.

Previously, he served as Production Director at Guangdong Gaoluhua Television Co., Ltd., and later as Deputy General Manager of Production at Zhejiang New Chaoyang Electronics Co., Ltd.

David Cheng holds a postgraduate degree in Information Systems and Enterprise Transformation from the School of Chinese Business at The University of Hong Kong, and received his bachelor’s education from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics.

He is recognized as a Senior Engineer by China Electronics and as a High-Level Talent in Shenzhen by the Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Human Resources.

Previously, he served as Deputy Secretary-General of the Shenzhen Intelligent Retail Informationization Industry Association, and as Chief Engineer at Shenzhen SED Commercial Machine Co., Ltd.

Jack is a seasoned accountant with over 35 years of extensive financial experience. He has served as a tax and finance consultant for numerous enterprises across various industries including manufacturing, trade, real estate, and services.

He possesses rich expertise in financial management, internal control management, tax planning, and financing management. Jack is particularly skilled in the implementation of "integrated finance and operations" processes within the manufacturing sector.

Pascal Mittelbach is a director of Initta Technology Partner, responsible for SED Initta’s DACH market in Europe, based in London and Düsseldorf.

Prior to that, Pascal was an investment advisor at BP, responsible for strategic corporates and partnerships at its global headquarters in London, and served as an advisor to early-stage technology, software and healthcare companies and founders in Europe including lead positions at the Munich-based digital healthcare provider Avi Medical, where he focused on financing, acquisitions and financial reporting, and Berlin-based procurement software platform Choco, where he was responsible for corporate development and acquisitions.

Prior to that, Pascal worked at Apollo Global Management, a high-growth global alternative asset manager with $548 billion assets under management, where he was an investment professional in the private credit team and responsible for the origination and execution of direct lending transactions in Europe. Prior to that, he was an investment banker at Credit Suisse, where he worked on the leveraged finance and financial sponsors desk in London and closed more than €10 billion high yield bond and leveraged loan transactions in Europe as the lead left advisor. Pascal also worked as an investment analyst at One Equity Partners, the $10 billion private equity firm that spun out of JPMorgan Chase, and Ardian, the $150 billion alternative asset manager that spun out of AXA IM.

Pascal holds an MSc in Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a BSc in International Business from Maastricht University.

Charlie has served on the Board of Directors since 2018.He has over 30 years of experience in operation management in innovative technology companies. Charlie is the Co-Founder of Richinfo Technology Co. (Stock: SZ 300634), where he served as the Vice President and Deputy General Manager for the AI and metaverse firm from 2004 to 2022, responsible for financial planning, human resources, legal, risk management, and infrastructure.Charlie also joined the management and Board of Directors of Zhejiang Xinzailing Technology Co., an AI and big data services company, covering corporate development and financial planning alongside the CEO.

Prior to Richinfo, Charlie served as the Deputy General Manager at the leading big data security and application service provider, Aotain Technology Co., (Stock: SZ 837929), from 2001 to 2003.Prior to that, Charlie was the Head of Finance at Hongbo Communication Investment Holdings Ltd. from 1998 to 2001.From 1994 to 1998, he served as an Investment Manager and Human Resources Manager at China Telecom Shenzhen.Charlie started his career at China Great Wall Group (Stock: SZ 000066) in 1990, where he later served as the Deputy Manager of Finance.

Charlie receives his Bachelor of Economics in Accounting from Central University of Finance and Economics.

Zhaoping joined the Board of Directors in 2018.She brought in over 20 years of experience from public and private sectors, focused on sales and marketing, financial planning and investment, and human capital management.

Prior to joining SED Initta, Zhaoping managed key customer and stakeholder accounts for the Bank of Jiangsu.Before that, she held various positions at China Unicom Shenzhen, including Head of Finance, Deputy Manager of Marketing, and HR Manager, from 1996 to 2006.Zhaoping joined Tongda Chemical Industry Co., as the Head of Finance in 1993 after she served as an Industry Finance Manager at the Ministry of Chemical Industry.

Zhaoping receives a Bachelor of Economics in Accounting from Central University of Finance and Economics.
